Hey, and thanks for wanting to learn more about me! I'm a personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your unique fitness goals. I want to help transform you, not only physically but mentally and emotionally too!I am a former addict who became addicted to loving her body and health instead! I have had a long journey getting to where I'm at now. My recent diagnosis of Alpha Gal has completely changed my fitness and nutrition process. The interesting part is that if I do end up having a reaction, it isn't until hours later. And exercise can make it worse! I told myself I wouldn't give up so I made a ton of changes. I am very strict on all foods I eat to make sure I am safe. So I understand the struggle of not wanting to eat anything because you feel like there's nothing you CAN eat. My goal is to help find you food options that you like and that will benefit you in your fitness journey. We're in this together!

What sets me apart is my focus on vegan, allergy-friendly, and diet restriction-based nutrition. As someone with a severe allergy to dairy and red meat, I understand the challenges of finding high-protein, low-calorie options. I'm here to show you that you're not alone and not excluded from the fitness world. There are many ways to get in your protein and reach your potential in the gym. Don't give up, I'm here to help!

I believe that everyone, especially those with food allergies, should be able to live a healthy life and enjoy foods that benefit them and help them reach their goals.
